amidst gray darkness 

I found my "self"

Lying there

Child.

Abandoned

Broken 

wailing inside

without tears

without a sound

Thousand lifetimes

spent

    Our eyes met

his tear filled

shocked mine

the feeling resonated

my heart broke

to pieces

and pieces

I felt

what he felt

pain, so much pain

to the brim

I could hold no more

heavy.

my knees buckled

burdened by memories

Then

I could

only cry

with him

together
